1、首先完成地基基坑開挖，然后經(jīng)行鋼筋籠安裝，之后預(yù)埋板調(diào)整，最后混凝土澆筑。

 測量放樣：根據(jù)土建標(biāo)高基線測量預(yù)埋件標(biāo)高中心線，檢查標(biāo)高偏差，預(yù)埋件左右偏差。 對結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理，確定預(yù)埋件分離的調(diào)整處理方案。 預(yù)埋件安裝處理：定位預(yù)埋件安裝位置，鉆孔安裝。 要求嵌入件的位置準(zhǔn)確、嵌入牢固。 仰角偏差不大于9mm，左右位移不大于20mm。

  Measure and stake out: Measure the elevation center line of the embedded part according to the civil construction elevation baseline, check the elevation deviation, and the left and right deviation of the embedded part. Embedded parts installation treatment: positioning the embedded parts installation location, drilling and installation. It is required that the position of the insert is accurate and the insert is firm. The elevation angle deviation is not more than 9mm, and the left and right displacement is not more than 20mm.

 

2、膜結(jié)構(gòu)車棚立式鋼架：膜材需切割后運至施工現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備施工材料。 先將立柱焊接在預(yù)埋件上，然后焊接安裝吊臂。 需要檢查焊接接頭，調(diào)整吊臂的設(shè)計斜度，確保焊接正確。 側(cè)軌懸臂正確后，安裝另一側(cè)軌懸臂，到位后點焊。 另外還要焊接橫撐，把鋼架組裝成一個整體。 注意焊接工作場所應(yīng)有良好的通風(fēng)、排氣裝置和良好的照明。

2. Membrane structure carport vertical steel frame: the membrane material needs to be cut and transported to the construction site to prepare construction materials. The column is welded to the embedded part first, and then the boom is welded and installed. 3、蓋上篷布并擰緊膜材：在平面上展開膜體后，用夾板將膜材與電纜連接起來。 夾板規(guī)格及夾板間距應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計要求安裝。 對于一次吊裝到位的膜體，夾板螺栓和螺母也必須一次擰緊到位。 潤色：找到需要潤色的區(qū)域，然后涂上相應(yīng)顏色的油漆。 刷漆時在下面墊一層紙，保護(hù)地板不被弄臟，提高膜結(jié)構(gòu)停車棚的使用壽命。

3. Cover the tarp and tighten the membrane material: After unfolding the membrane body on the plane, connect the membrane material and the cable with a splint. The splint specifications and splint spacing should be installed in strict accordance with the design requirements. For the membrane body that is hoisted in place at one time, the splint bolts and nuts must also be tightened in place at one time. 4、工程驗收后交貨及竣工：檢查連接件是否焊接牢固：拉伸膜是否平整、無變形等，有無問題。 如能滿足安全使用要求，可按技術(shù)處理方案和談判文件驗收。 最后通過后進(jìn)行發(fā)貨，工作完成，即可使用！

4. Delivery and completion after acceptance of the project: Check whether the connecting parts are welded firmly: whether the stretched film is flat and free of deformation, etc., whether there are any problems. 5、后期持續(xù)定期的檢修與保養(yǎng)。很多膜結(jié)構(gòu)車棚不是被用壞的，而是長期疏于管理造成膜結(jié)構(gòu)接縫處生銹或者膜布蓋壓處腐爛，最終導(dǎo)致膜結(jié)構(gòu)車棚損壞的。
